Youth Camping Retreat 2011
A wonderful "thank you" goes out to the group of 42 (youth and volunteers) who participated in the Youth Retreat at Camp Hickory this past November. The theme was "Who Are We?". The focus was on who we are as young people in the Catholic Church. They grew in their faith through sessions on the Sacraments, Saints, the Eucharist, Scripture and Youth Evangelization. They also grew closer through activities like icebreakers, 'capture the flag' and a Youth Band concert. The retreat culminated with a Mass in the camp ground's chapel.
