Dear Parents:

We thank you for taking a very active role in your child’s spiritual growth throughout this year. Here is some important information to register your child(ren) for next year. Please fill out the registration form and bring it to the rectory as soon as possible because our space is limited and registrations will close once our limit is reached:

DEPOSIT AND TUITION PAYMENTS:

Families registering their children, if not paying the full amount, must leave a deposit of $25.00 per child and can not qualify for the $20.00 discount.  This deposit is non-refundable, and will pay for the book and class material ordered for each child. The entire tuition is to be paid no later than September 1, 2011.

Tuition fee for Post-Communion Classes is ONLY $25.00 per child.  Post-Communion is for children who are in third through sixth grade and have already made their First Communion. Students who are in seventh grade and who already made their First Communion should register for the first year of Confirmation. Your children should continue learning their Catholic Faith, please bring them back for CCD next year. Do not let them stop CCD after First Communion! 

A copy of your child’s baptismal certificate is required at registration.  If your child has not been baptized yet, a copy of his/her Birth Certificate is required at registration.  (Your child will be baptized on the first year of CCD at the Easter Vigil on Holy Saturday).
