The Catholic Charismatic Renewal found a home at Saint Aloysius back in the sixties under Father Berghaus.  Today, the parish continues its charismatic tradition.  The parish hosts two active charismatic prayer groups, one in Spanish and a young people's bi-lingual group.  Charismatic prayer is vibrant, uplifting, and fills you with God's Spirit.  Give it a try!

Look for retreats, workshops, conferences, and the diocesan and national charismatic conventions. Chicago is the home to at least two weekend charismatic conventions each year in April and in August.  

I have Come to Set the Earth on Fire

is a rally for all young people to help them grow in God's love and excite them toward their faith in Christ.  Please join us on September 8th at Josephinum High School for this amazing event.  We start at 9am.
